"Basic but clean, and unusual in having 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds in a long large room, at the standard range of price for a double room elsewhere. Our family of four enjoyed our stay. Right next to an MRT subway train station. "

My room was meticulously cleaned and tidied every single day, and they made sure I always had a fresh supply of bottled water on hand. Plus, they offer a complimentary shuttle to the nearest subway stations, which is a game-changer for getting around. The best part? All of these fantastic services are provided without any expectation of a tip.

"I have stayed here twice now and will again whenever in Taipei. It’s a super convenient location with an entrance to Taipei Main station right in front of the building. The building also connects directly to the metro mall during daytime.
The rooms are spacious and clean, and tv had all the channels including HBO and movie and news channels in English. There are laundry facilities which are free of charge and the only reason I don’t give all 5 stars is the dryers were pretty weak, taking a couple hours to get almost dry. The staff was very accommodating, They were able to check me in 3 1/2 hours early which was an unexpected blessing on a sweltering hot day. There’s a Louisa Coffee on the first floor and a Family Mart as well. Dozens of dining options nearby including street food outside the rear entrance. I didn’t drive but there is a parking garage in the basement too. "

"Great place to stay in New Taipei City. Only complaints is as a smoker (I know.) there is NOT a designated area as advertised; you have to go out to the street or behind hotel through the mall. The restaurant is a little bit weird also. have to buy a complete meal for each person; you can't just order a cup of coffee."
"Second time staying at this hotel. Location is great, close to the subway station and many great eateries. Room is quiet and comfortable. Only suggestion is to increase internet speed because it looks like all hotel guests share the same connection, thus in the evening when everyone is back the speed can drop substantially. "
