安いしそれなりに快適に過ごせます
"隣に大きなモールができたので、そこが空いていればすぐ食事も行けますが、夜遅い到着だとコンビニごはんになってしまいます。モールは日中大音量で音楽流してるので、昼間に部屋にいるとうるさいです。 朝食バイキングは種類少なめ、あと暖房効いてなくて寒いです。 清潔で部屋もバスルームもきれい。 フロントも掃除のお姉さんもすごく親切でした。 シャワーの出は良いですが、中国で安めの宿によくあるシャンプー・リンス・ボディソープ一体型の石鹸水しかないので、気になる方は持参したほうがよさそう。"

Hyatt solves avoidable issue caused by Hotels.com
"I booked club room for two persons with two twin beds and with breakfast included for 2 persons. Apparently Hotels.com sent Grand Hyatt confirmation for only one breakfast included. Sauna and steam room closed during my visit which wasn't explained at check-in.
Management ignored emails of concerns. Nice hotel but very poor service. I would recommend Hyatt or Hilton instead."
