"Good central location and plenty F&B around to take advantage of. Staff were very helpful with passable English. We stayed for 3 nights - enough to take in local stuff plus visit the warriors and cycle around the old city walls."

"Communication with the hotel is an issue. Before the trip, I texted the hotel twice. But without a response. I asked Expedia to contact the hotel. It ended up going nowhere since the person answered the phone had difficulty in another language. It is a little surprise for a major international chain."

"This hotel is fabulous! Super clean, very impressive first impression, great views if you have a superior room, and just absolutely beautiful finishes and comfort. The room was super quiet, which I appreciate, even with the air conditioning running. Staff was helpful, and the overall experience was delightful. The loxation was fabulous with tons to do within walking distance. Would highly recommend staying here, and it was worth every penny!"
