Our best travel experience. The room is new with extra space in comparing with other China hotels. The staff are exceptionally helpful (buying train tickets in person for us). It is so conveniently located within 200 feet distance you can access to everything you need. We wish there is more hotel like this. The breakfast is fantastic and we all are over eaten at times. Highly recommended.

This was our fourth stay at the Wyndham in Xi'an. The service was great and the concierge was especially friendly and helpful. It's a beautiful hotel and very convenient to the sights of Xi'an. The only complaint we had was our dinner at Tang. My meal came much earlier than my husband's. In fact, I was finished eating by the time his arrived.

Very bad. We had booked four nights, but as soon as we arrived (due to a canceled return flight), we asked to cancel the last night. No understanding. So we asked to exchange the cost of the last night we didn't stay for additional hotel services. No way. They said hotels.com and Expedia should take care of it, not them. Truly awful. Just as awful as hotels.com and Expedia. Two real disappointments. They didn't cover anything. A terrible experience.

쾌적하고 편안하고 가성비 굿굿

가성비 아주 좋은 호텔이었습니다. 한국인 매니저가 있다고 들었는데, 타이밍이 안좋았는지 한번도 만나지 못했고, 카운터 직원과의 소통에는 조금 어려움이 있었습니다. 하지만 컨시어지 직원들이 모두 아주아주 친절하시고 적극적으로 도와주셔서 중국 첫 여행에 대한 인상이 아주 긍정적으로 남게 되었습니다. 매번 택시 부르는데 큰 도움을 주셨고, 행선지에 따라 우리에게 불리한 경우 다른 제안을 해주셔서 큰 도움이 되었습니다. 산시성 역사 박물관 근처의 조시장을 추천해준 분, 산시성 역사 박물관 티켓 예약까지 직접 도와준 charles 덕분에 헛걸음 없이 일정을 효율적으로 소화할 수 있었습니다. 다들 친화력도 좋아서 친구가 된 것 같은 기분까지 들었습니다. 방도 아주 넓고 데스크와 소파 공간도 편안해서 쾌적했고, 레스토랑 음식도 뷔페만 가능한 게 아니고 단품을 시킬 수 있어서 편리했고 맛도 여행객에게 무리없이 무난하게 맛있고 깔끔했습니다. 호텔 안에 수영장 헬스장 발맛사지 시설이 있고, 바로 뒤에 쇼핑몰까지 있으니 아주 편리했습니다. 대자은사 대안탑을 걸어갈 수 있고, 가는 길도 번화가라서 재밌었구요. 원래 한 번 갔던 숙소를 재방문하는 경우는 드문데, 여기는 재방문 꼭 하고 싶네요. 지금의 컨디션 잘 유지해주시길!

Wow... what can we say. We arrived with 2 weary children (8 & 10) after a 5 hour train journey from Beijing and then a 50 minute taxi ride. The hotel couldn't have been more helpful. We arrived at our sumptuous room with bunk beds that the kids adored, and were told that the children could participate in free activities including calligraphy, paper cutting, magic drawing, and learn about the tradition of Chinese tea ceremony at a time of our convenience. The children enjoyed their time with Bella Chang so much they didn't want to leave as she was so patient and attentive. The children kept telling us the experience was unforgettable. During lunchtime we walked the 5 minutes through the pedestrian area to the intime shopping area ( level 3) to enjoy authentic Xi'an food (袁家村)。 The next day after a full day of terracotta warriors, temples and pagodas, the Children were tired but were so keen to do the tea making and calligraphy again that they asked reception and the amazing Angel Zhong this time worked with the kids and they loved every part again. Later we were delighted to be invited to the VIP lounge on level 8 which we all loved. The variety of food available was not only visually pleasing but also delicious. Great view, relaxing music, attentive staff, can't asked for a better way to unwind. Angel came and presented the kids with amazing gifts (we were speechless) and made us feel so welcome by telling us about history, life and culture of Xian. We just casually to
