Everything worked right, and this may mean nothing to some, but the towels are excellent, which unlike The Hilton Paddington that cannot figure out that people like hand wash towels as well as hand and body towels The breakfast served at this hotel is the best for both variety and freshness. Best travel hotel experience in many many years."

"Communication with the hotel is an issue. Before the trip, I texted the hotel twice. But without a response. I asked Expedia to contact the hotel. It ended up going nowhere since the person answered the phone had difficulty in another language. It is a little surprise for a major international chain."
