"I have been very disapointed by this youth hostel. I travelled over 80 countries in the World and the service was poor. I chekhed in at 2h30 pm, Left my lugages and came backdoor at 10h30 pm. It’s when I needed towel and toilet paper at 10h30 pm then at the reception they told me the youth hostel don’t furnish towel and toilet paper. It’s alright but at least tell the customer at the chekh-in not when the customer need it. I could have bought the article during the afternoon but not at 11 pm. "

"A very nice hotel. Perfect location if you want to walk to most things. It is right next to the wall at the part where it is most interesting. Nobody can speak English, but they used a translation app, and it worked fine. Breakfast is very Chinese and not one we like, but it was cheap. I would pick this hotel again if we return to Xi'an."

"Central location with walking distance to shopping and attractions such as bell tower, Great Wall and night market. Staff are wonderful and very respectful. AMAZING breakfast spread from latte coffee, yogurts, fruits, salad to cold cuts and main dishes to desert. Stayed four nights and would stay here again and look for Man Xi chain for our next China visit. "

"This hotel is in an ideal location, in the city walls of Xi’an with plenty of food options nearby. Be aware there is another location also listed as ‘Eastern House’ but this is the correct place. Breakfast was not bad, a mixed selection with pastries, bread for toast and cereals as a Western option. Afternoon tea was an interesting mix of cakes, definitely worth trying and the tea was tasty.
