The room was fairly clean, the shower was a little dirty and the sink kept clogging. The electricity was also not working well so some of the lights would not turn on and the outlets would not work at times.

We enjoyed our stay . The place was clean . Nice pool and in my opinion they have one of the best beaches in hotel zone . Beachscape is a nice location . Family friendly . Everyone was nice . Our room was basic but we have everything we need . I will recommend it to my friends and family .

I have been to Cancun a lot and I never had bad experiences like this place …. Nice property but u can not do anything All restaurants are always booked u only can eat at the buffet … no room service . No restock in min refrigerator … no access to water park …….. only one pool available
