"We had a lovely big comfortable suite overlooking the cathedral. The hotel is in the centre and very convenient for shopping, dining, sightseeing etc. The reception ladies were friendly and helpful. The underground parking had many free spaces maybe because of its high cost of €32 per day. If you would like to avoid the traffic noise and tramps going past, must close the balcony doors, but it wasn’t an issue for us."

There was no information online indicating that these facilities were subject to an extra fee, and we were only notified at check-in. I would strongly urge management to make these surcharges clear at the time of booking."
