"Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton was absolutely wonderful. The staff were incredibly attentive, warm, and professional throughout our stay. Both breakfast and lunch were outstanding, with an incredible selection of fresh seafood and so many delicious options. The room was huge, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the bed linen was wonderfully soft and delicate. We truly enjoyed every part of our stay and would happily come back again."

"Generally ok, but the hotel itself was old though well maintained. The room I stayed in, the plumbing for the shower area was not too good as water flowed v slowly. The hairdryer was also fixed to the drawer so I had to be in the toilet to use it. Otherwise all good. They also allowed me to switch from twin room (I booked wrongly) to a room with queen bed. As it was my birthday, the hotel also prepared a cake and decor for me.. thanks!"

"Super convenient location as the hotel is located inside the airport! No need to take shuttle or taxi as you literally walk over. Hotel is very nice, has a large selection at the buffet for the breakfast that is included. Overall, very happy with it and will definitely stay there again."

"From the start till the end of our stay has been wonderful. Given a high floor room with such a lovely view. Hotel also took extra effort to decorate our room as it was our wedding anniversary. Free mini fridge welcome drinks were provided. Buffet breakfast had plentiful of food from Western to Chinese cuisine. They also provide free high tea and night supper too. Location is excellent just 10 mins walk to Chunxi road and train station. Every staff is polite and friendly so really can’t ask for more with such a good nightly rate."
