The toilet didnât flush properly, and worst of all, I found bed bugs and had to kill them myself. The whole place felt neglected...

"The parking is expensive and the night we were there, they were hosting a huge prom or some other event that I believe could have been managed better as the groups/crowd lingered around the front door impede the traffic flow and comfort of guests spending the night there. Other than that, the hotel was lovely, clean, and very comfortable."
