Worcester Bank House Hotel Spa & Golf, BW Premier Collection
8/10 Good
"The Bank House Hotel situated approx 5 miles from Worcester at the village of Bransford is just a mile from the very busy A44 trunk road and is a beautiful well appointed property. With free parking from our time there (4 nights) I was surprised it did not appear to have more people staying there who were overnighting on business especially within approx a mile from the A44. Beautiful bedrooms, great breakfast and a sensibly priced evening menu with special offers and very helpful and polite staff makes your stay very nice. However, I was disappointed in the hotels policy-to charge per day to use the pool in order to have s swim and use a steam room or sauna. Most hotels I have stayed in with Best Western offer complimentary use. Normally, they are well used but at this hotel I did not see anyone coming in to use the leisure facilities. I feel if it was free to use people on both leisure and business stay would book to stay nights here. I would be interested to hear why the cost is so high. Apart from those comments this is without doubt a very nice hotel and I hope more people will stay there."
Self-catering farmhouse set in 68 acres of private land - dog and child friendly
10/10 Excellent
"We were a family 8 adults and 4 children and we found the property so spacious for us all. A large kitchen with 2 tables enabled us to all eat together with plenty of space. The bedrooms were huge with comfortable beds and bedding. The outside terrace was amazing with plenty of outdoor furniture, bbq and hot tub but above all wonderful views. The whole house was spotless. Lucy was such a good host and any queries were dealt with immediately. The children and indeed the adults loved the horses coming to see us each morning and walking through the cows down the lane. We would definetly return."
