This kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay, including, sink, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and tea, coffee and sugar are also provided.

Living/Dining area
Experience ultimate relaxation with our large double sofa-bed for 1 adult to sleep and smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Enjoy memorable meals and special moments around the dining table with seating for four, creating the ideal space to dine, entertain, or simply spend quality time together.

Bedroom
The bedroom features a king size bed, ideal for a restful night's sleep. You'll also find a wardrobe and luggage rack for ample storage, combining comfort and practicality, this inviting space is the perfect to relax and unwind during your stay.

Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a convenient bath/shower combination, allowing for a refreshing soak or a quick rinse. It also includes a W/C and a hand basin providing all the essentials for your daily routine.

Courtyard
Step outside to your own private outdoor retreat, a charming space designed for relaxation. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee, unwinding with a glass of wine, or simply soaking up the fresh air after a day of exploring, this inviting spot provides the perfect setting to relax and recharge.

Parking
For your convenience, the property includes a complimentary allocated parking space located in the nearby car park, just across the road, providing easy and hassle-free access throughout your stay.

*NB Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked through third-party provider Truvi to complete guest verification and also purchase a damage waiver which will protect you in case of accidental damage of up to £500 during your stay. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please can you complete both the steps before you arrive at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
