Nestled in the heart of the Catskill Mountains, Woodstock offers a rich tapestry of activities for visitors. This home contains features that may be difficult for mobility-challenged guests, including climbing stairs to navigate the property.

POOL HEAT
The pool is available from May to near the end of October. There is an additional fee of $150 per day for pool heating at this home. Please let us know at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.

PET POLICY
Our pet fee is $350/stay charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.

OCCUPANCY NOTICE
This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule of 8 people. Children 12 years old and under are not counted toward the guest limit. However, all other guests must be included in the total occupancy count. Reservations that exceed the permitted occupancy may not be approved, so please ensure your guest count complies with these requirements prior to booking.

PARTIES AND EVENTS
Small gatherings that do not exceed the home’s maximum occupancy and that remain respectful of neighboring properties and local noise ordinances may be permitted with prior approval. Please notify the Concierge in advance if you would like to host an event during your stay.

SECURITY
For security, there is a ring camera on the exterior of the front door and cameras facing the driveway area at this Wander. There are no other cameras inside your Wander home.
