"During my stay they had issues with the heat and hot water. They did comp me a couple of days as a result. The bar area and dining room are well maintained."

I also got put into a double queen room because they said they had overbooked the king room I reserved and paid for. Never staying at this hotel again. "

"There's a renovation going on, which we did not know about. As a consequence, and this wasn't disclosed in advance, there is no breakfast or similar amenities. The advertised breakfast was a key reason I booked, so this felt like fraud. We were offered the option of a refund if we left, but there was nowhere else to go at that point. The room itself was initially blocked by construction debris, and had construction dust hanging in the air, which made for an allergy-triggered, unpleasant night for all. Easily among my worst stays ever."
