"This hotel was just okay. The bed was clean. The big chair in room broke, the grouting in bathroom was gross, carpet needs a cleaning. They said when we got there that Expedia hadn’t booked us so thankfully I Had my reservation. All in all they really need to deep clean the whole place. They were nice about everything thou!"

"You need to pay for parking at their premises unless you can find a free street parking which is easy if you come during weekdays. The lakeview room is spacious with 180 degree lakeview. Pillow is bit uncomfortable, a bit high for the neck. Otherwise, all the facilities are up to standard and clean. There are not a lot of choices for teabags as they contracted with a specific supplier for teabags. "

"Lobby has a lovely ambiance with the restaurant and bar! Great view on back side of hotel! On to a gorgeous little pond. Excellent friendly staff. Fantastic pool area and hot tub! Great work out facilities and the eucalyptus face towels in the gym were a real treat! Location is fantastic! Room was spacious! Good stay!"

"This was a very interesting experience for my wife and I. We arrived late, 6:30 pm after staff had left for the day, but had been provided codes to access the property. We found ourselves alone in the building and tried a couple of rooms before finding ours, as we were not given a room number. The room was spacious, bright and clean. We enjoyed the lounging couch for two and the bed was very comfortable. As this was a B&B designated accommodation, we expected someone in the morning for breakfast preparation. We availed ourselves with a pod coffee and a tea while we waited for staff. We waited until 9:30 am at which point we messaged the property stating that we were leaving. I received a response 12 hours later!! We found breakfast at a nearby restaurant, but what happened to the second ‘B’ in the B&B we stayed at? The lack of breakfast was disappointing and added an extra expense for something we had paid for. Nevertheless, the missed breakfast at Sasquatch Crossing Eco Lodge is not a deal breaker for us. We would stay here again. The one star rating for staff was because we did not meet a staff member. So, in no way could we rate someone we never met!"
