Staff was nice. Hotel & room had a weird smell. Bathroom water pressure was poor. The 'roll in shower' in the accessible room bathroom was terrible. In order to get in the shower, you have to get in the bathroom & close the door.

Checking in time was at 3pm and it was not ready till 6pm due to lack of cleaning staff. A email would of been nice to notify of the situation, to be aware or decide to cancel reservation and get another hotel. After driving 6 hrs you want to arrive and rest.
