Staff was courteous. Room was dusty but we let it go for housekeeping next day. Turns out they only do full service every 3 days. We were there for 10 days. In those 10 days, toilet was never cleaned, room never dusted. Ice bucket plastic bag never replaced after 1st use. Common hallways not vacuumed, ...

An absolutely beautiful facility. We only booked for two nights and had to extend it for one more night because we loved it so much. The location is outstanding. The service was impeccable. We hope to come back soon.

Very clean spacious room , right in the heart of downtown with bars just a short walking distance and breakfast buffet , the best buffet post pandemic i had in the last couple of years Definitely recommend anf will stay here next time I am in Colorado Springs
