"The rooms were great. Clean and in well order. It was advertised buffet breakfast 6am to 10am. We were a party of six. We arrived at 8 am. There. Was very minimal amounts of food. Everything that was listed on the menu wasn't avaliable. Once and item was gone it took several minutes eplaced it. There was 3 housekeepers bt the coffee machine and would not move for a customer to fill his cup. All the juices were gone and never refilled also. After paying for your breakfast you would think it would have been more presentable. The. Cafe hasn't busy ay all. Biscuits and gravy we also on the menu. Staff was excellent "

"The cleaning staff could use some training on how to properly clean a hotel room. It seems like the room cleanliness has really gone down hill."

"Staff less than helpful. Hotel overbooked and didn’t get the two queens we needed with no attempt to compensate us in any way. Mattress was sagging and not comfortable. Shower doors had writing on them. Several others I knew staying had similar experience. Only positive I can say is the proximity to Orpheum theater but will be driving across town for better service and experience and will pay to park. "

"Everything in the hotel was great. The only exception were the sloven individuals that we encountered at the breakfast buffet. Is it too much for a hotel to require that people come to breakfast in suitable attire? A simple sign outside the breakfast area that states: No pajamas or bathrobes. No barefeet. That's all. Simple requests that normal people should know. But apparently there are ignorant individuals who don't care what they look like, or care how unhygienic they present themselves. If they are that clueless, surely the hotel has a right to demand a modicum of respect and propriety from them on the hotel premises."
