Was told specifically I would get room service and didn’t get any and was short towels. No elevator and I have bad knees and was on second floor. Didn’t mention it when booking room because never been in a hotel without elevator.

The property was great BUT they don’t have an elevator. Hard to take your luggage upstairs when you have back and knee issues.
