Great relaxing getaway

The treehouse was so cozy and decorated very cute. It is close to the street and restaurants and shopping center within walking distance. Even though it is close to street, it was quiet and didn’t disturb anything. I wasn’t sure when we got there where shower was located so it might be good to have in check-in info. However, the host was very quick to respond to questions when I asked. Love the flowers and pond on the grounds and the food and coffee were excellent. Definitely would like to return.

The Hospitality is amazing! You are staying in a treehouse so it is not immaculate and if you expect that this is probably not the stay for you! If you are looking for a great host, amazing breakfast and a whimsical treehouse stay then you will feel right at home!!

My stay was pleasant even after severe weather warnings. My hostess kept me well informed but most all made my personal security a priority under less than perfect weather conditions. I feel she went out of her way to insure our stay was memorable. Mission accomplished dear hostess!

Fun little escape from the crazy busy day to day. Enjoyed a comfortable, quiet evening and enjoyed a very tasty breakfast at their coffee shop on the property. Explored Sioux City and went to many of their recommendations...Crave, Stone State Park and ventured out to George Foreman's grave and Oscar Caarl Vineyard.

What a fun exceptional experience! The treehouse was sooo cute! Accomodations were excellent alabeit "camping like" ie: no hot water but yes a cute little bathroom. The bed was sooo cozy and comfortable. Slept like a baby as they say. Would recommend to anyone for a fun different B&B experience. Breakfast was provided; choice of all menu items from their very own little cafe on property. Wonderful!!

Overall, we had a great experience. It was “a first” sleeping in a treehouse with some unexpected amenities. Maureen the host was welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was awesome.

Super fun property. Have stayed in both the tree house and Hobbit House! Loved them both. Great unique experience! Wonderful breakfast and Coffee! Great hosts! Looking forward to our next stay!

Wow! We absolutely loved our stay in the treehouse. It was so adorable and nicely designed and decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the Knechtion Koffee house where your offered the free breakfast was amazing! Such nice owners. We truly enjoyed meeting and chatting with one of the owners,Maureen while we enjoyed our delicious breakfast. This place also is so adorable and has such a cozy welcoming feel to it. We loved everything about our stay here.I now cant wait to rent their hobbit home in the future and looking forward to coming back to the treehouse again.

Fun stay

My nine-year old granddaughter and I love the treehouse. The bed was so comfortable. The treehouse is well decorated. My granddaughter loved finding all the squirrels hidden in plain sight. We could hear the birds in our trees. We spent our time relaxing and reading. I was worried about the steps because of my bad knees, but the spacing on the steps was just right so my knees didn't hurt. We appreciated the bathroom, so we didn't have to walk the stairs to find a toilet during the night. This is a great place for a honeymoon stay or an anniversary celebration. Kids would love it. The breakfast was great also. Thank you for an exceptional fun place for Grandma Crystal and Addison to explore and stay.

Unique and Fun Getaway Space

The craftsmanship of this treehouse is beautiful and it has great style. The hosts are friendly and attentive; the breakfast was yummy and the coffee shop cozy. The treehouse is right on a road, which I didn't expect, but it is not too busy.
