"This is the second time we have stayed here prior to an early morning flight out of MSP. While I appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel, and it's fairly modern, the staff is never really friendly. Check-in always takes longer than it should, and paying for parking seems a bit excessive when you're already paying to stay there. Not to mention, they could offer a discount to people who have early checkouts. We left at 2am, how is it fair to charge us the same rate for parking for being there less than 6hrs?"

"Sergio got me in a room early and went above and beyond. Marshall. He was such a nice, professional person. He really went above and beyond to help us. "

"Room was very clean, pump bottles for hand soap, shampoo and conditioner and body wash. Good size room for a double queen setup."

"Everything was perfect! The only issue I encountered was the shuttle service - although this is not the staff’s fault at all. The storm affected quite a bit and I don’t feel the hotel was ready. Otherwise, I would highly recommend the hotel and will definitely stay here the next time I’m in Minneapolis. "

"Beds are uncomfortable. The King was okay for a hotel. Bunks and pullout couch were lumpy, uncomfortable, missing linens (when called, twice, nobody brought them). Kids were cold. Most attractiond close early and waterpark does not open until 10 am. "

"The hotel was nice walking in and we had immediate service at the front desk. Parking was easy. The pool and hot tub was nice and the little tots play area was fun for the littles. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast tasted good and was fresh. BUT.... Our room was extremely cold, so we turned up the heat and it didn't work. The phone in our room didn't even have a cord attached, so we could not use it. Our toilet was clogged, so my husband had to go down to pick one up (we couldn't call) and they just sent it with him to the room without offering help (embarrassing). There was drops of something red on the side of the bathroom counter that looked like blood but not positive. My son found a pill of some sort at the end of one of the beds on the floor but so glad he found it and not the little one. "
