"The surrounding area is full of good food options and within a short walk to the subway station (Sangmu). I think the location is great since it’s basically equidistant to the KTX, Bus Terminal, and Airport.
The breakfast is a buffet style and has excellent variety. The menu changes every day, so there’s always something new to try.
When I stay in Gwangju, I prefer to stay here."

"This hotel is great for its value. Clean and spacious rooms with great amenities. I especially like it because it is in a convenient area close to where I need to be for my travels to Gwangju. There are several small motels/hotels around the area, but I think this is the best one out of them all."

"Great location to sites. Recommended by Lonely Planet, but room was a little shabby, dominated by a huge marble bath surrounded by astroturf which smelt like plastic. The bath was placed between the room and window, making the room dark. Breakfast was very good although they kept running out of items. Luggage storage was not secure, by the entry door. Personnel were the usual, kind Koreans who tried their best to be helpful."

This is a lovely hotel near Songjeon Station. Great staff and facilities. We were there to visit our son who worked close buy. Excellent market to visit at night nearby also. I loved the ladies pack supplied by the hotel which contained a hair band, face mask, moisturiser, cleanse pad and ear cleaners. Room was big also with everything else u would need.

Large family room and very clean. Great view.
Breakfast for us as westerners was ok. A bit of a walk to the subway. We took taxi to get to hotel and when we left as easy option and cheap. Coffee shops and convenience stores and restaurants a plenty around the area.

Hotel was quite far from other areas and the convenience store at the bottom of the hotel was not that well stocked. But the hotel was clean and the room was of a decent size for 2 people.

The hotel was new and clean. Great value for the price. Most of all, the staff’s helpfulness was outstanding, they were all very kind, professional and responsive. The hotel is near the airport and if the location works, I would recommend it to anyone!

We stayed four nights in this hotel. The hotel itself is absolutely fantastic and the staff are really facilitative. The included breakfasts were really good, especially if you are Korean, for Westerners, the choice isn't great but quite good just the same. If you arrive by metro, the hotel is about a 12 minute walk, so not too bad but the area where the hotel is located, has a lot of lot karaoke bars, so at bit dirty, especially in the mornings; certainly not in keeping with the clean standard...

We really enjoyed our 6 day stay. The washing machine and air-con worked so well. There were no strange noises and the coil bed was so comfortable. We slept well every night. The bathroom had a bidet which was helpful. The room itself was probably the usual size here but for us it just was enough. We had 4 bags and we had to shuffle things around whenever we opened one. Although no laundry detergent nor kitchen detergent (we supplied our own) it was still good. We also went to local Daiso (best...

Second stay at this hotel. Big clean rooms, comfortable beds and very affordable. My only complaint is the late check in time and breakfast for foreigners is just toast and jam. To be fair the korean guests seemed to have enjoyed theirs though. My only suggestion for improvement would be for each bathroom to have a squeegee so that the water can be removed from the bathroom floor after showering
