"This is a 5 star review of a 3 star hotel - it is exactly what you'd expect for the money but with the added bonus of a free breakfast, and to boot, the breakfast exceeded our expectations, including fresh fruit and a very decent muesli. A good range of tea bags ensured I was well catered for, although I did try the coffee machine (I went back to my tea very quickly)"

"The location was fantastic as was the host in her communication and responding to our needs. The family absolutely enjoyed the stay, as did our furry family member. The best place to stay in Cooramundra and great value for money. "
