Perfect location for a quiet beach getaway

Amanda's property is perfectly located by the quied sands of Kiama Downs and has everything you need for a great getaway.

Beach house with a great view, close to everything, awesome host

It’s a nice beach house with a beautiful beach view, 3 of out 4 bedrooms have the beach view, great for 2-3 family with kids. The location is great, close to everything. Overall, a great relaxing place in Kiama downs.

Jamberoo tournament

The house was ideal for a group visiting the area for the annual Jamberoo soccer tournament. There were plenty of beds, the house was comfortable and well equipped. The location is excellent as were the local amenities.

Terrific house

Had a wonderful weekend away at the Kiama downs absolute beach house, place was amazing, unreal view of the beach, easy check in process and easy hosts to communicate with would recommend!

Awesome beach stay

We had a good time with the beach for the backyard. We were a group of girlfriends and had good time and Amanda was very kind to offer us early and late check-in which we didn't get to use 😞

Best Location In Kiama

Amazing location with a great view of and direct access to Jones Beach. Perfect set up to accommodate two families or a group of friends. Tidy and well kept house with quintessential south coast beach house / holiday house feel. Attentive / responsive host. Will not disappoint!

Beautiful beachfront getaway

The property was very spacious, quiet and clean with all the amenities you need. Amazing beachfront views and access. The location was very convenient with the IGA and nice cafes a few minutes walk away. Amanda was a great host who was always very attentive. The complimentary gift basket was a welcome surprise. Will certainly return.

By the beach

Overly priced and dirty

The property owner was nice to deal with. The property was old and smelt stale. The furniture was disgusting/ bedding especially the sheet protectors all had yellow stains and was not clean and smelt awful. I wouldn't recommend it for the price they are charging for it.

Amazing location

We were a little shocked that the property was a lot more run down than what the photos showed on the internet. Apart from that the location of the property was amazing and ticked all our boxes. The only thing that would have made the stay easier would be if the bathrooms had body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

Beautiful beachfront getaway

The beautiful view of the beach from the property was breathtaking. The close proximity helped us literally walk over to the beach with our towels for a quick dip (many times in a day because it was that convenient). It was perfect for us as we didn’t really want to travel with our newborn during our stay. And our host Amanda was lovely and allowed us a late check-out too (super useful when you are traveling with a 2-month-old baby)

Kiama Beach House

Wow! I highly recommend this home. First of all, the Kiama beach house is in a perfect location. It was fantastic for a little family getaway since it fit all 10 of us! We had an amazing time there, and Amanda, the owner, was so lovely to chat with. She added her personal touches to the house, like pillows, blankets, sheets, towels, coffee, sugar, and other essentials, which we were really grateful for. My favourite part of the house was the easy access to the beach. It was so airy, and the breeze that flowed through the whole house was just incredible! Amanda, thank you so much for letting my family and I stay at your beach house! We’re looking forward to coming back in the near future.

Cosy shack close to outdoor activities

We stayed over a cold winter weekend. The house is split in up and downstairs levels which are not connected. We kept to upstairs and enjoyed the spectacular view and the warmth of the afternoon sun. Enjoyed the complimentary snacks and close proximity to great cafe and fish and chips. We wanted to go bike riding with the kids and the location didn’t disappoint. Amanda was very helpful and easy to communicate with when needed.

Fantastic position.

Fantastic location right on Jones beach. Facilities a little dated especially the kitchen and bathrooms. Also, no internal stairs between first and second floors. But you stay there just for the location.

Perfect Beach House

We stayed for a week over Christmas with the family. Simple, comfortable house with a lovely view up the beach. The owners were super-flexible and helpful which made it all very easy. Will definitely return!

Gorgeous spot

We were after a spot near the beach to have a girls weekend and we absolutely loved this spot. Perfect for watching the sunset over the ocean and for an early morning swim or a walk along the beach. 5 min walk from delish fish & chips for dinner and a couple of great options for breakfast & coffee. And 5 min drive from the main street of Kiama for some retail therapy. We had a great weekend. Thank you!
