"It is a handily located property, just as described, and very close to the sea, which you can see from both balconies. The balconies themselves are exceptional and spacious, one with morning sun and one with evening sun. Nice garden too. The house itself nicely designed and very well served with cooking equipment. "James was great at communicating and very helpful. Even posted back to us a couple of small things we had left at the house. The house is as described. the bed in the main bedroom the only one we used was very comfortable. Despite being horrible weather the house was always warm and the heating was easy to control. The kitchen is well equipped."

"We had a wonderful time in Selsey. The house is just as listed with the layout a perfect place for families. It is set next to a large nature reserve and perfect for extended walks and bike rides. Walking distance to local restaurants and even the grocery store. Debbie the neighbor was wonderful to work with, quick to respond. Kevin was outstanding in communicating. We would stay here again!"

Was nervous as never used this site before, but the whole process was exceptional. It was a bit costly as we have stayed on the same caravan park with park dean for literally half the price. However on this occasion as parkdean appeared full we went private. Caravan was a good size. Elements need some love, but ultimately it suited our family of five perfectly!...

"We had an incredible stay here. We got lucky with the weather but the house was more than big enough for our party of 16. It was clean and tidy with great cooking facilities and the pool was lovely in 30 degrees! The owners were amazing with great communication in the run up to and during the stay and very helpful with check in. I would definitely stay here again and would highly reccomend it."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Coastguards. We’re regular visitors of west wittering and the location is perfect for exploring the beach and local area. A very comfortable and functional place for the family. We would have loved a bbq!
