Idyllically situated just 8km Central Oxford, 5km Summertown, 8km Woodstock and Blenheim Palace and 20km Burford (gateway to The Cotswolds) and overlooking the historic St. Peter's Church, the cottages have been luxuriously appointed to the highest contemporary standard. Constructed of Cotswold stone with central and underfloor heating. The studio style layout provides a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Downstairs is a fitted kitchen, open plan living room and breakfast bar.

A luxuriously appointed 1 bedroom Cotswold cottage. Fully fitted kitchen with fridge, oven and hob, washing machine, spacious porch with coat/shoe storage area, living space with wall mounted tv, Wifi, desk/work space area, double bedroom, dressing table, large walk-in en-suite shower area, views over village church. Situated within pretty village 8 km from Central Oxford, 5km to Summertown, 7 km Oxford Parkway Train Station with trains direct to London Marylebone twice an hour. There are 2 local village pubs yards away. The bus stop to Oxford is 8 minutes walk and buses to both Oxford and Witney are at least twice every hour. the Cotswolds are a short drive away and wonderful walks, bike trails and scenery can be found in every direction
