"This property would seem to work better for families with small children. We were a 'all adult' group and the bedrooms were very small. No closets for storage. In the upstairs bathroom, i noticed dirt in the corners next to the heat register. The dryer and dishwasher running at the same time would trigger the circuit breaker to go off. "A group of us went to celebrate a 40th birthday. This place was everything we were looking for. It was very secluded with no neighbors in sight! There were 11 of us and 2 dogs. "Roose’s Roost was the perfect cabin for our Fall trip. I wanted to see fall foliage and we didn’t even need to leave the camp for that. The yard was great size for the dogs to run around. "We rented this cabin for our anniversary to relax and unwind. It was perfect. Very well appointed and had everything we might need. The view of the Michigamme River was just beautiful. It was cold and rainy on and off during our stay so we couldn’t enjoy sitting out on the deck or having a fire but we’re already looking at coming back next year during the warmer months. Even so, the large window at the front of the cabin allowed us to feel almost outside without being out in the cold and rain....
