"The management was so poor. When arrived at the hotel, the owner gave me the room at the back. The room was dark due to lamp-off, then he offered another room in the front. "The hotel was very comfortable and convenient for me and my husband We came from New York and looked for Indonesian nuisance and I got it. The food the maintain were excellent. The staff Gadang, Dandi from house keeping and Edward from breakfast area were helpful. All staff were polite and respectful. My brother introduced Tentrem to me then I tried then I love it. Thank you for being such a great one of Indonesia 5 stars hotel. The only thing I like to suggest to have room fridge a bit cooler.
