Relaxing Home stay & Welcoming Staff

We visited Yogyakarta while traveling on our way to Bali. I am so glad we stayed at Griya Yunika, it really was a homestay- a place we could come back to and relax after a tour or navigating around the busy city. Many afternoons we went to the pool to cool off and relaxed in the garden reading. The staff were terrific! Welcoming, friendly, professional and had lots of information about the area and tours. The hotel is located on a quiet street off a busy road- we slept soundly not hearing any noise. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast that was provided was made fresh when you ordered, there were many choices for breakfast. It exceeded our expectations to what an included continental breakfast would cover. I would stay there again

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful to my needs! They managed to help me book a bike rental and be sent to the homestay. Especially when there were language barrier between me and my Grab driver, the staff were more than willing to help me communicate with the driver so that I reached the airport safely! The homestay is very clean and nice. Definitely a great experience. Thank you Griya Yukina!

Accueil sympathique. La chambre est sans fenêtre, les lits des enfants étaient simplement un canapé et un matelas au sol. Petit déjeuner passable. Propreté correcte mais approximative. Parking auto difficile, mais le personnel s'occupe de déplacer la voiture si elle gêne. Le personnel est avenant et disponible.

Very nice place to stay while in Yogyakarta. Staff is excellent and the breakfast is first clsss. Ambiance is very good with decor, fish pool, furnishings, library and rooftop cafe. Well located with short taxi trips to train stations and Kraton. Several Indonesian eating places nearby.

What a cozy place, and what a friendly helpful staff. Always available.. Receptionist even went with me to buy traintickets, due to booking only being in Indonese. Don't miss the cafe on the rooftop. Nice Coffee...

Très bon séjour

L'auberge a beaucoup de charme, et est très apaisante. Le jardin et la piscine en font pour beaucoup. Le petit déjeuner très copieux, l'accueil charmant et les chambres spacieuses et confortable. Un peu loin du centre mais je recommande vivement.

The hotel organized a scooter for us so we could visit the Borobudur, Prambanan and Mt. Merapi. Amazing experience. The staff is extremely helpful and very friendly. They went to great lengths to make our stay as wonderful as it was.
