Located on the ground floor of the complex, the apartment features a cozy living room with a seating area, dining area, and open-plan kitchen. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, radio, and CD player. The kitchen includes a cooker, refrigerator with ice box, microwave, toaster, and both a Senseo and a filter coffee machine. The living room extends to a patio, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine.

The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a bunk bed, and the other configured for flexibility. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. For families, a high chair and baby cot are available. The sunny terrace offers an additional space to unwind and take in the surroundings.

This prime location allows you to enjoy both the serenity of a quiet stay and the vibrant activities nearby.
