"Clean room, the bed & pillows are very comfortable. Shower A+++. Generally a quiet place to stay unless you are on the 1st floor, when housekeeping starts coming in for the day (early), their entrance door slams as well as the area they check into. Lots of door slamming. Otherwise, it’s a great place to stay & convenient! "

"A very nice hotel in a great area of Orlando. Rooms were spacious, modern-looking, well laid out and clean. Breakfast was above average compared to a typical hotel. Hot brewed complimentary coffee available in the lobby 24/7. Staff were friendly and very responsive to our needs. "

"I loved the charm of this downtown 1920’s hotel. My room was over looking the park. The bed and amenities were perfect! The staff was kind and friendly. I’ll be back soon!"

"Overall the place was very convenient to all our activities for the week. When we first pulled in, it didn’t look like the picture, most of the plants died in the freeze so the dead plants looked bad. It’s an older bungalow but the inside was clean and comfortable. A few maintenance issues such as master sink very slow to drain, the microwave broke while we were using it, toaster didn’t want to pop up right, front door warped so need to pull to make sure lock engages, and dryer is old so it took twice as long to dry clothes. The host was pretty accessible through text on VRBO site. I did get a small refund for sink issue. They were willing to send cleaner to fix it but we were in and out most of the time. The front porch light stayed at about 10 watt. Not enough to light up the porch. The area was quiet. "

"We stayed here for our wedding, and it was perfect. It felt like such a sweet little getaway, but gave us ample space for wedding prep (we even managed for me to get my hair and makeup done while my now husband was still in the house without him seeing me!). José was an excellent host, and he and his wife were very kind about my parents trying to deliver wedding items to the main house. It was located for our various wedding activities and food/errands. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay for our wedding weekend!"
