"Room 144 had a terrible smell, shower tub didn’t drain, exhaust fan didn’t work and it took for ever to get warm water in the shower. I could hear every single door that was getting open and close, I could hear the next door room using the shower and there was a construction next to the hotel, outside the room from the window."

"This hotel thinks that just because you book a room on a non-refundable rate that it means that they should be okay with accepting black mold that shoots out of your AC unit that is right over your head onto your pillows. They also think that it is okay to lie about the unit being brand new, when it is clearly very old. They also think that it’s okay to lie about accommodating me by switching me to another room when they told me they were fully booked and couldn’t accommodate me. When I continued to push and told them I couldn’t stay there and breathe that in, they then told me they would move someone else into the room that I was requesting to be removed from. I reiterated that they told me they were fully booked so how is that possible?! “Oh we will just put someone else in that room who hasn’t checked in yet” is what I was told. I told them I didn’t feel comfortable with them putting some other innocent guest in a room that clearly has health hazards. Clearly they do not care about the health and safety of their guests, nor do they care about morals or ethics. Do not stay here. The hotel reeks of mold and nut from the second you walk in the door, so it was no surprise that I found plenty of it in my room."

"This was my 2nd stay at the Baldwin Bungalow and it was just as wonderful as I remembered. Baldwin Park is centrally located to so many great Orlando Main Street districts like Winter Park, Audubon Park, Ivanhoe District, and Downtown. Baldwin Park is super walkable and quiet, so its a great home base for those who want quiet and privacy - with the bonus of a full kitchen, laundry, and fenced in yard. I've already booked my 3rd stay and can't wait to explore more of the area."

"This is a prime location for being just far enough for quiet and close enough to walk to a quaint night life scene on East Colonial. The hime has everything you need, except a washer and dryer. Water pressure is great and all appliances are in great working order. We would not hesitate to book again. "

"I loved this place. Perfect for me to get away and just relax. I loved the idea that I am less than a block away from the he main road, yet felt like I was in the woods. Perfect size for one person or two. All the amenities were nice. They offer coffee and the accessories for making coffee. The bathroom was perfect size. Best of all it had HOT water. That was a plus. Some places they don't have HOT water coming out quick. Also she supply the amenities for the bathroom use. That was nice. TV was great to match. The bed was good. I think it is a gel bed, so you do sink in. At my age I fault a couple of times to try to get out. I enjoyed it anyways. I was not able to sit on the patio by the side of the house because it was cleaned nor did they remove the covers for the chairs. So I just didn't go back there. Having a washer and dryer was a plus. Again I loved this place and can't wait to come back. They have a lot of places to eat right around the corner. Alot of coffee shops . Just not my type of places. I was able to walk over to the main road on SR50 and find places there. I also was able to get a scooter and travel around the city of Orlando. That was awesome. Great place to spend the day. Parking is available on the street from the house and they have a parking lot around the corner. "
