- Fully remodeled townhouse, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, all the rooms upstairs one Fulton downstairs in leaving room. My name is Ann Nguyen. I have been in Real estate business for over 15+ years and I has Insurance License. I am vegetarian and practice Buddhism chanting Namo AMITABHA 🙏. I respect all living beings. The property next to Baldwin Lake and downtown Baldwin park you can walk to grocery and all the restaurants. Convenient location waking distance. Good for running biking and walking around the Lake. It takes about 12-15 minutes to downtown Orlando about 30 minutes to Disney world, sea world and universal studio. This is a nice quiet neighborhood. Hope you will find peace and happy at my place.
