"The breakfast could use better options "

"Won't be staying here again. This hotel had the most confusing layout of any hotel we had ever been to and poor signage to the point I didn't even let my teen walk around by themself. The staff was not very helpful or knowledgable with the exception of Miguel at the front desk who was excellent. The parking garages were so tight and dark and hard to navigate. Positives were the rooms were spacious and nice and the two pool areas (if you can find them) were good. It was very hard to find seating at the water park as many seats cost extra. The kids eat free at Valencia was a nice perk. The marketplace with coffee and ice cream was nice to have as well. Overall the confusingness of the property and poorly trained staff and lack of seating at the water park did not outweigh the good for us. "

"Cory and Lauren were great! Very accommodating, and helpful. One of the days the Disney 3-party shuttle broke down and didn’t show so Lauren gave me a credit of the amount I spent on an Uber. That was very kind."
