Spacious yet cozy bridgewater lakes home surrounded by green space!

Welcome to this spacious yet cozy home in the heart of bridgewater lakes surrounded by green space, walking trails, shopping, gyms, cafes and the famous bridgewater fountains/splash pads a short 5 minute walk away!

The house features three large bedrooms including a master which includes an ensuite with his/her sink, jetted tub and large shower. Includes massive walk in closet as well.

Living room features 20 ft ceilings and a gas fire place. Unwind with a 60 inch smart tv and surf your favourite movie or show with wireless high speed internet!

The backyard features a double deck, over looking green space, mature trees and a pergola and fire pit to enjoy bon fires! Bbq can be provided upon request!
