Amazing Location to The Forks & Downtown

We stayed at this cute little place and enjoyed our time and would stay here again! The owners were easy to get ahold of and responded quickly. Area is very walkable with nearby coffee shops, restaurants and we felt safe in the area.

Wonderful suite and area is beautiful. We were 2 adults and 3 children under 18 (17,7,and 4 years )and even the little ones were impressed All basics are included Very clean and easy to access would 100% recommend d to friends and family and would try to stay here again in the future Thank you so much for the wonderful stay.

It's a little bit of a challenge to write this as I know the stay could have been improved with a few changes. The washing machine was broken before we arrived and it was leaking into the flooring of the washroom. It would have been nice to have this communicated before we arrived as doing laundry was one of the reasons we selected the property. We only found out when we sent a message informing the owner of the water leaking in the washroom, even though they clearly knew about it as they indicated an insurance claim was to be made. We did try to align a time during our stay where the owner could fix the issues, but they didn't work out. The bathroom smelled like an old hockey shower room - musty and mould smell that was a bit of a turn off. The floor was heaving to the point the door wouldn't open or close properly. The tenant below has a large dog which was pretty quiet except the last night we were there it was barking at 3 and 4am which woke us up. Outside of these items the place was clean and the area was quiet and felt safe. I just don't feel like this is a 10/10 location like most folks have indicated and I felt the need to provide proper feedback for those who are thinking of renting, especially when the costs, including all the VRBO fees and even a cleaning fee were added making the stay $200+. Even if those items were resolved, it's an 8/10 on it's best day compared to what I would consider a 10/10 to be. Wanted to love it more, just couldn't for a few reasons.

Not bad. Great view, nice and warm. Bare essentials only included, but absolutely spotless. Entryway very cramped at bottom of stairs. Nice and quiet at night, fantastic location. Couch not terribly comfortable. Bring your own pillow but otherwise beds very comfortable. Shower is awkward (old clawfoot tub), but otherwise works well.

There was insufficient bedding for the double bed. I found a mattress cover and put it under the thin bottom sheet and another mattress cover to add as a blanket. While it was indicated there would be extra blankets in the main bedroom there were not I would also suggest adding at least three or four hand towels, and perhaps an extra one or two bath towels as they were only two bath towels, and three face cloths other than that we were completely delighted with the apartment and the kitchen was well equipped, and the property is wonderfully located
