Welcome to the South of Winnipeg! This home is located in the the hottest spot of the city -Bridgwater which is located within easy short drive to excellent restaurants, pubs, shopping, U of M, Football Stadium, Thermea Spa, downtown, zoo and much more.

The Space
Beautiful, modern, professionally designed space with spotlessly clean and an inviting atmosphere to relax during your time in Winnipeg. This place can sleep up to 6 guests with 3 queen beds. Note, all bedrooms are located on the 2d floor. Laundry is on the main floor. Spacious mudroom on the back and entrance makes the enter/exit very comfortable and handy.

Guests can also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen to cook chef inspired recipes, 50” Smart TV with TV stick and prime TV, free wifi, deck with an outdoor furniture for the summer fun, front porch, BBQ, 2 parking spaces in the garage, luxury mattresses, main floor washer and dryer for convenience and everything you need to enjoy a comfortable relaxing stay in Winnipeg.
Featuring an Air Fryer where you can prepare your meals quickly and without mess; most important in a healthy way.

No pets policy, we have severe allergies, sorry.

Each guest is required to provide the reason why they are booking our place and communicate via this channel to us(hosts) if there are questions. We also appreciate the reply with at least one letter K to let us know you have read the messages.

Our towels must NOT be used for your make up. $30 fee for using our towels. It is impossible to recover them. You must have your own beauty routine.

Lovely Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful, well equipped home. Check in was a breeze and I very much appreciated the garage during the polar vortex. The hosts, Mike and Helena were fantastic. We will be booking with them whenever we travel to Winnipeg to visit our family.

Well stocked beautiful home

We were 4 sisters meeting in Winnipeg for a visit. The house location was easy to get to from the airport and from Hwy 1. It also was easy to navigate around the City from this southwest location. It was close to grocery shopping, and had beautiful walking trails in the neighbourhood. The house was very well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. We would stay again. The rental house was perfect for our needs. It was conveniently located to amenities, the Perimeter Highway and provided all the space we needed for 2 couples. I appreciated the use of the garage since it was very cold with a lot of snow, so parking on the street would have been inconvenient. The house is well decorated and feels "homey". Everything we needed for a short stay was included -shampoo/conditioner -laundry pods -dishwasher soap, etc. The owners made it easy to stay here and I would definitely stay there again.

Beautifully Appointed Home

The house was exceptionally clean, nicely appointed, and had some homey touches. There were games, books to read, and some seasonal decorations throughout the house. It was roomy and comfortable. The beds were comfortable to sleep in. It was nice to have a garage to park in. Communication with the host was always answered quickly. The neighbourhood was quiet and felt very safe. I would stay here again if I come to Winnipeg. Thanks again Michael and Helena!
