The hotel is in a great location. Very central. The breakfast buffet was excellent and well worth it. Also, I really enjoyed the pool.

The property is very clean and quiet nice pool was great check in was disappointing not allowed top floor. Next visit I would do a double queen room so the room isn't so close to the elevator..

Hotel common areas were kept clean and tidy. Rooms were exceptional.

Property is dated. Floors and carpet were verry old an full of stains. If I were paying $99 a night I would expect this but from a Holiday Inn charging significantly higher I expect more. A large group of guests were partying on our floor keeping us up most of the night. Overall experience 2/10

There is construction around the property. The room we stayed in felt dated. At one point there appeared to be a male transient eating a sandwich in the lobby ladies restroom. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
