Master Bedroom with ensuite on the 3rd floor. The second floor is the 2nd Bedroom with Full over Queen Bunk & family room with Queen sofa bed. The main floor living room surrounds the wood burning fire place. Walkscore of 79. Situated on a Park overlooking the Red River and the Historic Forks Market. Nestled between St. Boniface's Hospital , Museum and University.
The space
Harking back to the industrial boom of Winnipeg. Traditional Red Brick lines the exterior of this townhouse while age old design techniques are throughout the interior. This brand new building offers a private entrance and separate garage parking. The Kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked and well appointed. We are fully equipped for your stay with WiFi & and SMART TV.
