    The basement is newly built in a friendly, peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. Built with a seperate side entrance, deck and self check in. The space has two classy bedrooms, living area, kitchennete and bathroom for your comfort. Laundary is located in the unit and guests have access to the laundary for reservations from four (4) nights stay.

    This location is just four minutes drive to Sage Creek Village, which has Tim Hortons, Sobeys, McDonald's, Pizza Pizza, Shoppers Drug Mart and Restaurants like Block & Blade, Hiro Suchi and more. The location is just 10mins drive to St. Vital Mall and easily accessible to other stores, restaurants and Malls in Winnipeg.
