- You will be close to everything when you stay at this newly renovated, centrally located 3 bedroom apartment. Just a few blocks from the River Front, Caesar's Casino, Windsor's Riverfront Terrace, the 5.17 km Riverfront Trail and Adventure Bay Family Water Park. Located in the city core, in a family-friendly area close to a grade school and a playground. Lots of street parking available and a back yard.
House rules:
No Smoking/Vaping/e-cigarettes allowed inside the unit. There will be a $1,000 fee for smoking in the unit.
- When available early check-in or late check-out will be $35 per hour. This needs to be requested and approved beforehand.
- No refund given for unforeseen inconvenience such as water or electricity or bad weather
- No refund for the unforeseen inconvenience of amenities are not available or if maintenance on amenities occurs unexpectedly.
