"The air con showed error message we were freezing all night ended up leaving before 8 we were that cold a shame because was a nice stay clean too"

"We booked a junior suite for our pre-wedding night and the room provided was very different to the listing. The only difference between the suite & the double rooms our family stayed in was having a big tv, Nespresso machine and two small sized (broken) robes. We were on the corner, therefore having a lot of windows too. We made the most of our stay, but overall wish we stayed elsewhere. The bed was uncomfortable, pillows were very lumpy. The carpet, chairs & lamps had absolutely seen better days. Very dated place, and not worth the price. Staff were lovely though. "
