"Breakfast needs more choice especially the fruit, the pears were hard as rock, no bananas, no fruit salad. No beans for ages, they need to keep an eye on the hotplates. Invest in a coffee machine so there's a variety. Maybe also a bell at the downstairs bar.

"Not very Christmasy. Freezing cold hallways, bar area and pool changing room. Pool towels very small. Pool lovely and warm jacuzzi cold. Poor bar snack menu and expensive "
