"Everyone was so pleasant and helpful and the food was amazing! Odaine from the mombay restaurant was an excellent waiter so happy and always treated us great and Ashanti also in the Bombay for breakfast was excellent waitress so happy to serve us! The cleaning lady for 2734 was great our room was always clean and fresh and the fridge was always stocked never had to ask for anything. Such a great staff!"

"-Room(s) credit should be worded as “coupon” NOT credit. We have two rooms, thought we have $900 in room credits per room, but it was a coupon anpply to excursions. Out of the $1,800 room credits, we could only use $40 coupon towards 4 people for snorkeling, $10 coupon applied per person. -Toilet not strong at all. -Staffs were very nice and friendly, except front desk Timmarley guy. -Wish the staffs had food, water and shelter for the family of five cats (mother and 4 kittens) living on property. The cats were so hungry every evening. -Rose Hall buffet is best. The other 4 restaurants, ok."

"Buffets were okay.. lots of chicken, pork and fish.. everything was clean and the kitchen staff was great My wife and I had a spacious room on the first floor. Being so close to the road we could hear the noise of loud voices. Unfortunately, we were told to not go out at night, but there’s really nothing to go do! I hope that the Jamaican people will realize that they are leaving a lot of money on the table for not giving tourists a reason or a place to go to."

"Room was nice and clean, AC worked well. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. Hotel is in a central location which allowed for easy walks to restaurants and the beach. "

"It was very clean. The food was amazing everywhere we want to eat. The food was 10 out of 10. The rooms were huge and beautiful. I gave an average rating for the hotel just because it was under a lot of construction, but it was very beautiful and the staff I feel could’ve been nicer and smiled more. Sometimes I would catch people rolling their eyes and just being very dry, but when we went on tours the staff on the tours and excursions were amazing very friendly very nice. I do have to say, though the stuff that I’m saying was very dry was in the buffet only everywhere else they were good and amazing and the energy was there"

"This is the second time I have stayed here, it was great the first time. This time I found the wait staff a little rude, the chef at the grill really rude but the front desk staff excellent. We had a cabana room where the cabana had not been cleaned so we couldn’t use it. We went to the seafood resto and the gnocchi was inedible, They had a bingo game at the pool and I won but they had no prize!"
