"10/10 no real complaints "

"I like everything about the property even my grandchildren say they want to come back there BUT the laundry was very poor I get to understand they use outside laundry which is very bad at night and early morning no towels and they say they don’t give wash cloth that is a no no the hot water boiler is always off in the morning only cold water to shower if they fix these situations it can be a great place the towels at bad colour and course they need their own laundry and things will get better a lot of guest was complaining about the same thing the food and environment can be better too.."

"Everything was good. Location, room, food, staff etc. This is my new spot to stay when I come to JA. You get the same that you would get at a more expensive resort for wayyy less here. Loved it! I would have given all 5 stars but one of the kitchen staff ruined it, she didn’t smile had an attitude the whole time, her face already set up to look upset so she should smile. They accommodated me with my baby except her, she reminds me of a sergeant, Marie and the others were awesome, extremely helpful. "

"The property is huge and beautiful. Has a big wrap around pool. The property is very big. My villa was pretty far from the main area so I appreciate the gulf carts doing drop offs and pick ups. They even had a pool and bar at the end of the villa where my room was. The staff were so nice and friendly and helpful. It was very nice"

"The property was updated, clean, staff were friendly and attentive. The food was amazing and the beach, pool and sky pool were beautiful. When I go back I will be staying here again. "
