"Spacious room facing the sea, good value room, lift is ok, microwave in kitchen area in reception if you want to heat food. Beautiful reception and bar area and garden smoking area. Great souvenir shop on the premises. Rooftop pool is next door up a steep slope or up some steep steps. Hotel is literally close to the airport!"

"Our room was clean but wasn't the room we were supposed to have reserved, because obviously Expedia doesn't book the room when you pay for it, so you get whatever you end up with. It all worked out because we got a bungalow suite. It was in the center of the resort, we had an amazing front porch, with great views of the resort. They are very greedy with the towels, so if you need more towels then the number of people in your room you are not getting them. I person = 1 towel. You have to pay an additional $150.00 deposit upon arrival for damage protection. I added trip protection to my package but still needed the $150.00 deposit. The room didn't have any extras besides a mini fridge. The on-site restaurant is a great place to eat with great food and an amazing staff! The front staff was not very friendly but got the job done. Don't show up before 3pm, because you are NOT getting in. The house keepers were very friendly and did an amazing job."

"I recently stayed at this place expecting a comfortable hotel experience, but it was extremely disappointing. The room was very dirty, the entire place smelled bad, and it was unbearably hot. Nothing felt clean or properly maintained. On top of that, the staff was very impolite and unhelpful when we raised concerns about the condition of the room. Because the place was so dirty and uncomfortable, we decided we had to cancel our spot and leave. I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made to cleanliness, customer service, and overall comfort!!
