"Amazing resort grounds! A bit confusing to navigate, but the front desk agent helped give us directions. Room was great (updated and clean), pool was a good temperature, and room service food was amazing. All member of staff we interacted with (FD, Housekeeping, Coffee shop, room service delivery) were super nice and friendly. "

"Booking was easy. Check in, no problem. Requested to be away from elevators and lobby due to traffic and events late at night. Reservation at the main indoor restaurant was poorly ran. Hostess never called my party so we were forced to take our dinner to go and eat it in our room. Thankfully the food was surprisingly good, at all locations in the hotel. Pool was great - water temp was warm (aka perfect). Loved mobile ordering food and drinks! It saved on so much time. Overall, a good experience."
