"Speedy check-in, friendly staff and my go-to hotel in the RDU area."

"The room was clean but dated, the staff just sit there and don’t really go above and beyond. The breakfast was non existent and the AC was horrible. Even with it being cold outside and the AC on max the room was still warm. The AC isn’t blowing cold air it just makes noise. In wouldn’t want to stay there again."

"I was amazed to find out that this building is 16 years old. It looked brand new to me - almost unused! On top of that I learned that they are planning to renovate the rooms starting later this year. If I ever need a room in the Raleigh, NC area in the future, I'll certainly put the Hyatt Place Raleigh/Cary at the top of the list."

"I stayed by myself, and as a woman I felt quite safe at this property. The staff were very kind, check in and check out was no hassle at all. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and the room was clean. I was pleasantly surprised to have a microwave in the room as well. And there is a decent amount of storage space in the room I was in. The location was great too and felt safe. I enjoyed having a gas station within walking distance and food within a 2 to 5 minute drive. The only complaint I had, which was no fault of the hotel itself, was that it was right under where planes flew in to land, and I mean CLOSE. So when planes flew overhead (directly), the whole building rumbled. So if you're a light sleeper (like me), that can wake you up multiple times throughout the night. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay."
