"Room was clean, a bit outdated. Could use some paint. But otherwise , very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Waffles were good. Coffee was great. Staff was very nice . Parking was good. We felt safe."

"I had no good things to say about this property. It was dirty and rundown. The hallways smelt of dog urine and smoke the room upon arrival was disgustingly dirty and for the first couple days of my stay there was NO HOT WATER plz don't stay here its not worth it"

"The owner/operators are continually upgrading the facilities. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The owners were very accommodating when we had an issue. The price was much cheaper than the Holiday Inn across the street. I see the direction they are moving in and it is good."

"Meals were great, and a real money saver. The pool and hot tub were also great. Everyone was nice and friendly. Great location for the Ark and Creation Museum!!!"

"This is a great hotel option for visiting the Ark Experience. We walked from the hotel to the entrance/shuttle. The hotel is a typical Hampton with good rooms and nice common area. The breakfast buffet was not as good as other Hamptons I have visited but okay. The only downside of the hotel - the staff. The staff was not particular helpful or welcoming and did not respond positively to simple requests - such as lack of coffee/water in lobby (numerous requests by numerous guests). I guess they may have been short staffed."

"Location to the Ark is great! Very private location. Near the interstate, the house was clean, and check-in was easy. Beds were comfortable. The only issues: Ants in the kitchen. Texted the owner, and they left ant bait on the doorknob for us to put out while we were away. The Icemaker was not working; the unit was frozen over with several inches of ice, so we bought bags of ice. No spices, like salt or pepper, as advertised. We could not sit out on the porch due to a constant swarm of Carpenter Bees that have infested the deck rails and surrounding areas. If these issues are addressed, I would give this a 5-star recommendation and stay there again. "
