The property was easy to book and we were delighted with the condition: it was fully furnished and we had everything we needed. The decor was tastefully done and very clean. We were two married couples and each couple had our own private space. We liked it so much that we booked this property for our stay next year.

This home was in a perfect location for going to the Ark Encounter. When we arrived it smelled fresh and clean and we found everything we needed.2 nice sized bathrooms and a kitchen ready for cooking and eating.We would recommend this home to our friends and family!We arrived after dark so a small motion detecting doorway light would have been nice for senior citizens with imperfect vision .The host is quick to reply and very kind.

We stayed one night. I got sick and had to return home the next day. So I paid for 4 days and stayed one night. House was clean and as described. Hard to find between two homes in the dark. It said garden area but not sure if that was the picnic table out front because there was a business right behind the place.

Selected this property for its proximity to the Ark Experience. It is very charming! We agreed, if we came back through, we would stay here again.

Great place for couples or families. Good location to Ark Encounter also Creation Museum not hard to get to. Bean Cafe & Bakery good nearby restaurant. Great communication with host. Little quirky from outside but very nice home. Nice with 2 bathrooms!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We listened to other reviews about the train and took fans to run at night. The cottage was comfortable and cozy. Jennifer was easily communicated with. We will definitely look this place up again if we are in the area.

Such a cozy, quaint & relaxing getaway tucked away between residential homes but offset enough to feel secluded. Outside is unassuming and simple & could easily be passed over if one had not seen the interior pictures; a welcoming surprise when one opens the door. Wish we stayed longer but will definitely book again when in the area.

We made the trip specifically to visit The Ark &The Creation Museum. They were truly awesome. We also were able to visit The Louisville Slugger factory, Churchill Downs & the Henry Clay estate. It was a great trip & this home was a great “home base”.

We had a great stay. We needed to make sure that we had a recliner as we were traveling with a handicapped guest that cannot lay flat and uses oxygen. So they accomodated us. There was alot of trains that passed, but those same trains would be heard in all rentals close to town. We were very pleased with our stay and the extra supplies were greatly appreciated.

Great easy point for Noah’s Ark and Creation Museum. Note: Creation Museum isn’t close, it’s about 40 min from Noah’s Ark but this is about 5 minutes from Noah’s Ark. Plenty of towels, coffee makers (pods and regular), and pans for cooking. There is a train that goes by during night but if you have a fan or noise machine, we were fine and were light sleepers. For our family of 6 well. Bunk beds were good for kids. Was able to accommodate later checkout as well. Great sweet couple. Thanks for a great stay! Ps. There is a great winery called Verona Vineyard about 35 minutes away, excellent food and kid friendly-live music on weekends. Def a must see! (Property has horses as well)
