"Great location and property. The staff checking us in were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and recently remodeled. Great hot breakfast is available each morning with a nice selection of food. Highly recommend staying here. Only complaint would be there was no type of shelf in the shower to hold bath products. Great location that is close to Williamsburg and Busch Gardens as well."

"Great Wolf lodge is very kid friendly and I like that the bands open the door. The kids liked that too cause they get to unlock the door themselves. We will return again soon."

"The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. We utilized the hot tub, pool, mini golf and arcade room and had a wonderful experience! The resort is close to dining and attractions. Look forward to visiting again soon."

"The property is clean and very nice. It’s a little dated. The technology (tvs) need to be updated so the guests can stream. That would be my only complaint."
